In 1989, the enterprise has updated the original equipment and increased 100t punching machine, 160t punching machine, 300t punching machine, 500t punching machine, 200t hydraulic machine, 300t hydraulic machine and 500t hydraulic machine; in 2000, it has increased the input scale and utilized modern and advanced technologies to engage in professional manufacturing of metal and alloy decorative articles, copper brand, pure gold & pure silver souvenir medal, prize medal, sculpture medal, copper brand, gold/silver electroplating present, badge, silk print, pad print, baking varnish and soft enamel technical presents.

The company has fabricated "Five-ones Project" souvenir medal for the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, high quality copper souvenir medals for 11th Asian Games, 4th National University Games, 5th National Middle School Games and Party's Central Committee of NPC in 1996; besides, it has fabricated various colorful souvenir medals for 1997 HongKong return and 1999 Macao return. In 2000, the company has developed "Century Baoding" series products, developed a series of metal molds for "Successful launching of Shenzhou spacecraft" in 2003 and fabricated various high level souvenir medals and other souvenirs for national ministries and committees, PLA PAP corps and various SOE, enterprises, teams and companies in the capital. In 2005, the company has expanded the trade export and sold products to America and Europe.
